Record Chaser Garrett Wittels Charged With Rape In The Bahamas

Florida International infielder, Garrett Wittels, ended last season with a 56-game hitting streak, and threatens to break Robin Ventura’s college record of 58 if he is able to continue his streak in the 2011 season. However, the college star might not have the opportunity.
Wittels has been charged with raping two 17-year-old girls in the Bahamas on December 20th. He was released on $10,000 bond.
