Akerman: 'Aniston is loving and genuine'

Malin Akerman has praised her Wanderlust co-star Jennifer Aniston for being "loving" and "genuine".

The actress told People that Aniston is the kind of person that every girl wants as their best friend.

"Jennifer is one of my favourite people now," she said. "Not only is she an extraordinary actress, she is such a loving, genuine woman and fun. You want her to be your best friend… She's amazing."

Akerman also revealed that she was not surprised that the former Friends star is so kind.

She explained: "It's funny, because I kind of expected her to be amazing. I would have been more surprised if she hadn't been the great, down-to-earth girl that she is."

Wanderlust is scheduled to be released on October 7, 2011 in US cinemas.
